ROCHESTER â Judith Ann Hutchison 71, of Rochester, and longtime Fulton, Ind. resident, died at 7:33 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 30, 2010 at her residence.
She is survived by her husband, Cotus LeRoy Hutchison of Rochester; sons: Cotus Eugene Hutchison of Clinton, Ill., David Hutchison of Rochester, Tim Hutchison of Fulton, Chuck Hutchison of Eugene, Ore., Steven Hutchison of Dandridge, Tenn. and Shaun Hutchison of Dandridge, Tenn.; daughter, Pam Clay of Rochester; 11 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and brother, Bill Middaugh, Henderson, Nev.

PLYMOUTH â Marjorie (Mudge) Van Vactor, 79, a lifelong resident of Plymouth, passed away surrounded by her family at 6:58 p.m., Oct. 31, 2010, at Pilgrim Manor, after an extended illness.
Mudge was born Oct. 21, 1931 in Plymouth to F. John and Ada L. (Goss) Hutchings. She graduated from Plymouth High School and June 12, 1949, she married Harold S. Van Vactor. They were married 60 years and shared their life together farming and building their trucking company before Haroldâs death Sept. 9, 2009.Â

BREMEN â Bernice M. Hummel, 90, of Bremen, passed away Sunday, Oct. 31, 2010 at the Bremen Health Care Center.Â
She was born Oct. 25, 1920 in Bremen to Arthur C. and Ruth (Carbiener) Johnson. April 4, 1940 she married Dale Hummel. He preceded her in death. Bernice graduated from Madison School in 1938 and was a member of Bremen United Methodist Church. She was a wonderful mother, housewife and a compassionate and generous friend to all who knew her.

INWOOD â Loving father, grandpa, and great-grandpa, Guy Breeding Jr., 87, of Inwood, passed away Sunday, Oct. 31, 2010, at his home.
Guy was born April 17, 1923, in Waterman, Ill., to Guy M. Breeding, Sr. and Florence E. (Schreiber) Breeding. Guy moved to Plymouth in 1929, where he attended Plymouth Schools. He graduated from Lincoln High School, Plymouth, in the Class of 1942.
July 27, 1944, Guy married the former Marjorie E. Yockey, at the home of the bride.

ARGOS â T. Edward âTedâ Ummel, Argos, after a courageous battle with acute myeloid luekemia, diagnosed in June of this year, died unexpectedly in the I. U. Medical Center, Indianapolis at 4:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 28, 2010.
In his blog on CaringBridge.org, Ted wrote that he had been blessed to have had an uneventful medical history with no surgeries or hospital stays from birth until this past June.

Hap was born Jan. 1, 1919, in Plymouth, to Lloyd H. and Erma K. (Humrichouser) Morris.
On April 26, 1947, Hap married the former Rosalee âRosieâ Wolfarth.

ROCHESTER â Eleanor I. Crum, age 80, of 827 West 13th St., Rochester passed away at 3:45 a.m., Monday, Oct. 25, 2010, at the Life Care Center, in Rochester.Â
She is survived by her daughters, Kim (Charles) Hostetler of Plymouth, and Leslie Duncan of Ohio; her son, Mark (fiancĂ©e Kayla Braatz of Ohio; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and expecting one; and her brother, Kenneth Johnson of California.Â
There will be no visitation or funeral.

BOURBON â Velma P. Bules, 87, of Bourbon, died at 4:35 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 26, 2010 at Millerâs Merry Manor Nursing Home, Plymouth.
She is survived by her husband Dale; children: Rachel (Richard) Weik of Middletown, Penn., Karen Bules (Allen) of Oak Park, Ill, Diane (Max) Zolman of Knoxville, Tenn., Stan (Carol) Bules of Bourbon, and Mark (Cindy) Bules of Rolling Prairie; 16 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and a sister, Lorna Miller of Bourbon.
