ROCHESTER — Alice R. Slaybaugh, 62, of Rochester, died at 5:47 p.m. Tuesday, March 1 at Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne.
She is survived by her husband, Donald; sons, Laron JK Slaybaugh of Rochester and Christopher S. Slaybaugh of Rochester; sisters: Erma Sue (Lloyd) Stamper of Rochester, Martha Irene Haddix of Flint, Mich., Phyllis Carol (Fred) Shayler of Flint, Mich., Judy Annette (Paul) Mullins of Jackson, Ky.; a brother, Hershel “Buddy” Lynn (Mary) Watts of Flint, Mich.; and several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.

BLOOMINGTON — Timothy Wade Sidney Estep, 21, of Bloomington, died at 10:19 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 26, 2011 as the result of a motor vehicle accident. 
He is survived by his mother, Brenda Cook of Rochester; father, Tim Cook of Ashland, Ala.; brother, Ace Cook of Rochester; son, DeVon Estep of Kokomo; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

FORT WAYNE — Larry W. Betz, 64, of Fort Wayne, passed away Thursday, Feb. 24, 2011.
Born April 9, 1946, in Auburn, he was an Army veteran serving during the Vietnam War. Larry worked as an electrician at B.F. Goodrich for more than 46 years.
He is survived by a son, David A. Betz of Northville, Mich.; mother, Kathryn Betz of Butler; and a brother, Marlin (Karen) Betz of Plymouth, Ind.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Dianna (she died in 1981); and father, Marion Betz.

PLYMOUTH — Austin Conley, 80, of North Street, Plymouth, passed away at 12:41 p.m. Friday, Feb. 25, 2011, at his home. 
Austin was born Feb. 2, 1931, in Salyersville, Ky., to Gus and Martha (Conley) Conley. The Conley Family moved to Plymouth in 1936.  Austin married Flora MacLain Nov. 19, 1972, in Argos, Ind. Flora passed away Dec. 30, 2010.
Austin retired from American Cabinet Company as mill room carpenter. He also had worked for Ritz-Craft, in Argos, and the Plymouth Dairy.

PLYMOUTH — Landen Sarabia, 15-month-old son of Martin and Savannah Nick Sarabia, died at 11:21 a.m. Friday, Feb. 25, 2011 in Memorial Hospital, South Bend.
Landen was born in Plymouth Nov. 8, 2009. Landen was born a very happy baby.

DONALDSON — Sister Cecelia Bianchino, 84, died in St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Plymouth, at 5:56 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 26, 2011.
Born in Chicago, Ill., Sept. 29, 1926, she was the daughter of Daniel and Josephine Inorio Bianchino. She entered the convent Oct. 11, 1950, and took her final vows as a Poor Handmaid of Jesus Christ June 25, 1953.

DONALDSON — Sister Cecelia Bianchino, 84, died at 5:56 p.m. Saturday, February 26, 2011, in St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Plymouth.
She is survived by Marge Peters and Mr. and Mrs. J. Nazimek.
Visitation will take place from 4 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, March 2, at Catherine Kasper Home Chapel, 9601 Union Road, Donaldson, with a prayer service at 7 p.m.
Funeral services will take place at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 3 at the chapel.
Burial will follow in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Donaldson.

KOONTZ LAKE — Dale A. Rosander, 64, of Koontz Lake, died on Wednesday morning, February 23, 2011, in his home surrounded by his wife, daughters, sister and a few loving and caring friends that made his tough journey easier.
He was born October 14, 1946, in Grovertown, to Carl Eric and Victoria (Peterson) Rosander.

  PLYMOUTH — Dennis W. Burden, 92, of Oakhill Ave., Plymouth, died of natural causes in Plymouth’s Miller’s Merry Manor, at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2011.
  Dennis was born in Plymouth on May 13, 1918, the son of Elias and Clara Weisert Burden.
He was a graduate of Plymouth High School with the class of 1936.
Dennis joined the Army Air Corps in August of 1940.  He served in the Thirsty Thirteen Squadron and was honorably discharged in September of 1945 as a Tech/Sergeant.
