FORT WAYNE â Richard Chester McCoige, 73, of Octagon Square, Fort Wayne, formerly of Plymouth, died at 11:15 p.m. Friday, Feb. 18, 2011 at Palmeras Alf Care Center, Sun City, Ariz., following a lengthy illness
He was born Jan. 14, 1938 in Plymouth to Chester M. and Alta (Shultz) McCoige and grew up and lived in the Culver community.
He married Sally A. Laudeman Aug. 1. 1992 in Fort Wayne.

BREMEN â Mary Lou (Arch) Hesch, 80, of Bremen, died Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2011 at Community Hospital of Bremen.
She is survived by her husband, Donald; sons, Philip (Pam) Hesch of Elkhart and Kurt (Colleen) Hesch of Bremen; daughter, Amy (Barry) Beeson of Bremen; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and sisters, Carol (Harold) Hammond of South Bend and Nancy (Jim) Stuckman of Bremen.
Visitation will take place from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 21 at Mishler Funeral Home, Bremen.

PLYMOUTH â Wilma Jean Blubaugh, 84, a Baker St. resident, Plymouth, died at 5:20 p.m. Friday, Feb. 18, 2011.
Jeanie was born in Argos, Indiana, on June 29, 1926. She was the daughter of Donald and Cora Andrews Calhoun.
She graduated from Argos High School.
She married Raymond Blubaugh on June 29, 1947 in Plymouth. Raymond died January 9, 1998.
Jeanie was employed as a secretary for 20 years at the Divine Heart Seminary. She also worked at the Pilot News and at Ancilla College.

ROCHESTER â Mary Lois Doud, 87, of Rochester, died at 8:10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2011 at Life Care Center of Rochester.Â
She is survived by a son, James (Bonnie) Doud of Akron.
Visitation will take place from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 18 and one hour prior to services Saturday at Good Family Funeral Home, 1200 W. 18th St., Rochester.
Funeral services will take place at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Burial will follow at Rochester IOOF Cemetery.

PLYMOUTH â Carroll R. âRickâ Conley, age 55, of Redwood Road, Plymouth, passed away at 3:30 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2011, at his home.
Rick was born Sept. 7, 1955, in Plymouth, to Austin and Carol (Long) Conley. He was a lifetime resident of Plymouth. Rick and the former Kathy Landrie were united in marriage June 21, 1997, in Plymouth, at the House of Prayer, where he was a member. A proud United States Marine, Rick served his country in Vietnam.Â

He is survived by by his wife Nancy; sons, Michael Ray Jones of Walkerton and Billy Odell Jones of Plymouth; daughter, Vicki Sue Jones of North Judson; brothers: Leroy Jones, Bobby Jones, Roger Jones and Glendale Jones; sisters: Mildred Gephart, Shirley Jones, Pearl Fizzcell and Linda Pennock; and nine grandchildren.
Visitation will take place from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 17 at M.C. Smith Funeral Home, Knox.

PLYMOUTH â P. Roger Hackett ,age 66, of Berkley Street, Plymouth, passed away at 7:47 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 12, 2011, at Saint Vincentâs Carmel Hospital in Carmel.
Roger was born Aug. 13, 1944, in Plymouth, to Donald P. and Myrtle A. (Scott) Hackett.
Roger was a member of the Walnut Church of the Brethren, Argos, and was the director of music at the church. Roger proudly served his country in the United States Army.
Roger and the former Pamela Mortimore were married in 1979. They have one daughter, Kelly Miller.

He is survived by his wife Patricia; daughters Deborah Lakins and Cathrine (Don) Morter; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation took place from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 7 at Southminster Presbyterian Church, 7011 Far Hills Ave.
Entombment followed at Woodland Mausoleum.
Memorial donations may be made Alzheimerâs Foundation of Hospice of Dayton.

PLYMOUTH â Michael L. Schwartz, 57, of Carriage Drive, Plymouth, passed away Saturday, Feb. 12, 2011, at his home, with his loving family by his side.
Mike was born Dec. 1, 1953, in Bluffton, Ind. to Lorin and Dorothy (Foust) Schwartz. He was their only child. Mike married Donna Heinrich Dec. 17, 1977, in Noblesville, Ind. Mike and Donna met while they were both teaching at Culver Community High School.
