BREMEN â€”Â Marsha Kay Henry, 70, of Bremen, died at her residence at 9:05 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 6, 2013.
Born in Plymouth on Dec. 21, 1943, Marsha was the daughter of Hillard and Claudine (Booker) Bottorff.
She graduated from Plymouth High School in 1961.
On April 5, 1964, in Plymouth, Marsha married David Henry.
Marsha worked as a bookkeeper for Truman Motors and in the warehouse for Homestead in LaPaz, from which she retired.
Marjorie L. Cox

BREMEN â€” Marjorie L. (Stephey) Cox, 91, of Bremen, passed away in Elkhart General Hospital at 4:35 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 6, 2013. Marjorie fell ill in October after treatment with a tainted drug causing spinal meningitis.
Born in Bremen on April 23, 1921, Marjorie was the daughter of George H. and Myrtle I. (Clindaniel) Stephey.
She graduated from LaPaz High School with the class of 1939.
On Nov. 2, 1941, in Plymouthâ€™s First Presbyterian Church, Marjorie became the bride of E. Wayne Cox.

HEBRON â€”Â Roger A. Puckett, 68, of Hebron died Dec. 17, 2012.
He is survived by his wife, LaDonna Puckett of Hebron; sons, Jerry Puckett of Hebron, Ryan (Kristi) Puckett of Suisun City, Calif.; daughter, Kay (Christopher) Childs of Springtown, Texas; brother, Robert Puckett of Culver; and three grandchildren.

RAYMOND, Ohio â€”Â Donald M. Jones, 80, of Raymond, Ohio formerly of Plymouth, died Thursday evening, Jan. 3, at Regency Hospital in Columbus following an extended illness. He was a retired professional truck driver with 30 yearsâ€™ experience. He retired from Signal Delivery in Columbus.
He was a man who never met a stranger and had a great sense of humor. An avid euchre player, it was a favorite past time for he and his family.
Don was a member of the Northwestern Lions Club and attended the Raymond United Methodist Church.

ARGOS â€” H. James â€śJimâ€ť Lamb, 86, of Argos, passed away peacefully at 3:50 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013, in Plymouth.
A longtime member of the farming community, Jim was born Aug. 25, 1926, in Elyria, Ohio, the son of Harris James and Elizabeth (Ton) Lamb.
He had lived in Elyria, Sandusky, and Cleveland, Ohio, before coming to the Plymouth area in 1938.
Jim graduated from Plymouth High School with the class of 1944 and served as a Seaman 1st Class in the United States Navy during World War II.
Ruth L. Andrews

BREMEN â€” Ruth L. Andrews, 93, a Bremen resident, passed away following an illness, at her home at 2:12 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013.
Ruth was born in Argos on the 22nd of June in 1919. She was the daughter of Frank and Goldie (Stults) Ruffing.
She graduated from Argos High School.
On Feb. 11, 1939, in Argos, Ruth and Donald E. Andrews were married. The family moved to their Bremen farm in 1945. Donald passed away, after 70 years of marriage, in May of 2009.

BREMEN â€”Â Richard Eugene Smith, 91, of Bremen passed away Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013 at Millerâ€™s Merry Manor, Warsaw. Richard was the son of Everett and Lucille Smith, born Oct. 28, 1921 in Vermillion County. He married Madge Huff Smith on Sept. 23, 1945, in her home near Bremen. She preceded him in death Nov. 7, 2010.

PLYMOUTH â€”Â Charles â€śBillâ€ťÂ Baker, 85, of Plymouth, passed away Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013, at 5:55 a.m., at Millerâ€™sÂ Merry Manor, in Plymouth.Â
Bill was born June 8, 1927, in Plymouth, to Samuel and Edna (Switzer) Baker. Bill and Martha A. Roahrig were married Feb. 4, 1950, in Bourbon. Bill worked for the American Breeders Association and also raised his own cattle on his farm. He served on the Marshall County Soil and Conservation Board.
Edith Annette Bentley Strait

CULVER â€”Â Edith Annette Bentley Strait passed away Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2012 at her winter home in San Benito, Texas one week after her 106th birthday. Edith, a long time resident of Culver, was the only child of George and Annette Marshall Bentley. She was born Oct. 17, 1906 at Walled Lake, Mich. She began her education in a one-room school and attended high school in Pontiac, Mich. In 1928, she graduated with honors from Albion College in Michigan where she met and married her loving husband Walter.
