Sally Ann Strycker Dibbern

WINAMAC — Sally Ann Strycker Dibbern, 78, of Winamac passed away at 9:20 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 11, 2012 at Hickory Creek at Winamac. She was born July 15, 1934, in Plymouth. Sally married Roger Dibbern July 12, 1975 in Valparaiso. He died Jan. 17, 2004.
Sally grew up in Marshall County and moved to Valparaiso where she lived for many years. In 2008, she moved to Hickory Creek at Winamac.

BREMEN — Marie Juanita Bollenbacher, 88, of Bremen, passed away Saturday, Aug. 18, 2012 at Miller’s Merry Manor in Wakarusa. She was born Jan. 11, 1924 in Bremen to Arthur and Ruth (Carbiener) Johnson.

WINAMAC — Mary A. Heminger, 67, of Winamac died Friday, Aug. 17, 2012.
She is survived by her husband, Carl Heminger; children, Tabitha Heminger of Winamac, Tammy Heminger of Winamac, Larry Heminger of Bourbon, Ronnie Heminger of Butler; and five grandchildren.
Funeral service will be Thursday, Aug. 23, 2012 at 7 p.m. CDT at the Trinity Assembly of God Church, Knox.

VALPARAISO — Juan Arzola, 82, of Valparaiso formerly of North Judson, passed away Thursday, Aug. 16, 2012 at Porter Hospital. He was born May 16, 1930 in Mendoza, Texas to Apolonio and Anita (Gamez) Arzola. Juan served with the National Guard in Texas, was a member of the North Judson American Legion and had farmed most of his life.

PLYMOUTH — Isabel M. Emmons, 92, a North Oak Road resident in Plymouth since 1951, died at 11 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 16, 2012, in the Michiana Health and Rehabilitation Center, Mishawaka.
Isabel was born May 5, 1920, in Nappanee, the daughter of Aaron L. and Rebecca Fleck Moore.
She graduated from Nappanee High School with the class of 1938.
Sept. 28, 1940, Isabel and Ernest E. Emmons were married in Nappanee. Ernest passed Sept. 11, 2004, after 64 wonderful years together.
Dorothy ‘Ruth’ Cox

PLYMOUTH — Dorothy “Ruth†Cox, 98, passed away early Thursday morning at Pilgrim Manor with the loving care of family, staff members and Hospice. Ruth was the youngest of three daughters born in Sioux Falls, S.D. to Arthur and Georgianna Chittick. At the age of 3 years, her family moved to Chicago, Ill. so her father could attend law school and later practice law.
