PLYMOUTH — Vincent “Cody†Poczik, 16, of Plymouth, passed away at 8:54 p.m., Thursday, June 28, 2012. He was a member of the Plymouth High School class of 2014.
Cody was born in South Bend Dec. 27, 1995 and is the son of Vincent W. and Lisa J. (Naylor) Poczik of Plymouth. He is also survived by two sisters and a brother; Lacy J., Carly E. and Donny C.; his Gram, Jayne E. Aker and his Little PawPaw, Kent T. Naylor both of Plymouth and his Big PawPaw and Nana, Vincent W. and Debra A. Poczik of South Bend.
