John was born Nov. 22, 1955, in Warsaw to Lloyd and Lavon (Rupe) Lamaster.

BOURBON â€”Â Max Robert Faulkner, 83, of rural Bourbon, passed away peacefully Wednesday morning, July 4, 2012 in his home.
Max was born May 2, 1929 at Bourbon to John Faulkner and Sylvia Woodcock Faulkner.Â
He retired in 1990 from R.R. Donnelley & Sons of Warsaw as a Building Maintenance Supervisor. He was a lifelong resident of Bourbon and a graduate of Bourbon High School, class of 1947.

KOONTZ LAKE â€”Â Ernest Leland Brovold, 86, of Koontz Lake passed away in his home July 3, 2012. Ernie was born July 27, 1925, one of 10 children born to Julius and Emma (Sexe) Brovold of Ettrick, Wis. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. Following the war, he moved to Chicago, where he met Delores V. Wellander. They married July 17, 1948. His job led him to South Bend where he started Ideal Consolidated.

NAPPANEE â€”Â LaMar J. Miller, 94, of Nappanee died at his home Tuesday, July 3, 2012 of natural causes.
Surviving are his daughters, Karen and Cathy Miller both of Elkhart; son, Gary (Connie) Schneck, West Lafayette; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

BREMEN â€”Â Charlene K. Hampe, 83, of Bremen, passed away Monday, July 2, 2012 at the Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center of Mishawaka. She was born in Chicago, Ill. to Frederick and Mary (Saar) Kestner Jan. 17, 1929. She married George A. Hampe Feb. 25, 1950.
Charlene enjoyed taking care of her family as a homemaker. She loved to see her three great-granddaughters, Taylor, Ella and Georgia, as often as possible. They were her pride and joy. She was also a member of the First United Church of Christ.
