CULVER — Marcella P. White, 88, of Culver, passed away at 12:25 a.m. Sept. 20, 2010 at Miller’s Merry Manor in Culver.
Marcella was born May 30, 1922 at home in rural Starke County. She was one of six children born to Oscar and Nellie (Duddelson) Zechiel. After graduating from Culver Comm. High School she fell in love and married Jesse White Nov. 14, 1942. Together they raised three sons.

ATWOOD — Warren G. Faulkner, 89, of Atwood, died at 4 a.m. Friday, Sept. 17, 2010 at Miller’s Merry Manor Nursing Home, Plymouth, after an illness.

CULVER — Charles F. "Trip" "Junior" Triplet Jr., 85, of Culver, passed away at 4:45 a.m. Sept. 17, 2010 at the Miller's Merry Manor in Culver.
Trip was born Nov. 7, 1924 at Burr Oak, Ind., one of four children born to Charles and Fern (Marsh) Triplet Sr. 
After graduating from Culver High School in 1942, Trip worked at Studebaker in South Bend along with his father. After 12 years, he started farming and working for the Farm Bureau Co-Op at Inwood as an agronomist.

PLYMOUTH — Beverly J. Baltes, 75, a resident of S. Seventh Street Plymouth since 1987, passed away at 4:45 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 18, 2010 in her residence following an extended illness in the care of her family and the Center for Hospice Care.
Bev was born the daughter of George R. and Ethel D. (Parrish) Clayton in LaPorte, Ind. Nov. 19, 1934. She attended Plymouth schools.

GROVERTOWN — Adair M. Seidelmann, 56, died Thursday, Sept. 16, 2010 at his residence.
He is survived by his wife, Tina; son, Shane Seidelmann of Koontz Lake; daughter, Talia Rose of Plymouth; four grandchildren; brothers, Eric and Calvin Seidelmann; and sister, Vicki Lindeman of Forrest Lake, Minn. 
Visitation will take place from from 3 to 7 p.m. (Central Time) Sunday, Sept. 19 at Rannells Funeral Home, Hamlet Chapel. 
There will be no funeral service.

MISHAWAKA — Mildred L. Tom, 80, passed away Thursday, Sept. 16 in Miller’s Merry Manor, Wakarusa.
Mildred was born Feb. 22, 1930 in Kosciusko County, to Floyd and Grace (Buss) Mc Intire. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Flossie Kepper; three brothers: Eldon and Devon Mc Intire and Eugene Mc Intyre; and a son, Gregory Tom.
Dec.17, 1946 in Bourbon, as the former Mildred Mc Intire, she married Wayne Tom who preceded her in death March 17, 2002.

PLYMOUTH — Doris May Rovenstine, 98, passed away at 12:10 a.m., of natural causes at Miller’s Merry Manor, Plymouth. 
A former resident of the communities of Bourbon and Bremen, she has made her home for the past five years in the Miller’s Assisted Living Center in Plymouth.
She was born in Crawfordsville, the daughter of Jesse S. and Ethel (Campbell) Ward Aug. 7, 1912. She graduated from Crawfordsville High and then Indiana University – Bloomington with a degree in social work. Following graduation she worked in Terre Haute, as a social worker.

PLYMOUTH — Rex Allen, Sr., 61, died of natural causes at his home at 2 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. I5, 2010.
Born Feb. 5, 1949, in Curtis, Mich., Rex was the son of Alvin and Marian Etoile Griffith Allen. Dec. 24, 1966, in Knox, Rex took Nancy Gilbert as his bride.
Rex worked and retired from the Indiana State Highway Department. He was a foreman and heavy equipment supervisor and worked there for 23 years.

She is survived by daughters, Marika (Timothy) Kunder of Bremen and Cindie (Jack) Shumaker of Grand Island, Fla.; sons, Allen (Arlie) Wardlow of Albertville, Ala.; 33 grandchildren; many great- and great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Elizabeth Ann Carey of Frostproof, Fla. and Lou Kincade of Cicero; four stepdaughters; and a stepson.
