PLYMOUTH – David R. Thomas, a lifetime Plymouth resident, died at 10:38 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 20, 2010 at Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center, Plymouth.
The son of Charles C. and Florence I. Welborn Thomas, Dave was born in Plymouth Oct. 1, 1943.
Dave graduated from Plymouth High School with the class of 1961 and attended Manchester College for a year.
 Oct. 4, 1963, in the Plymouth Church of the Brethren, Dave and Alice J. Simmers were married.

PLYMOUTH — Shurla M. Knepper, age 67, of 11A Road, Plymouth, passed away Friday, Oct. 22, 2010 in her home.Â
Shurla was born Sept. 20, 1943 in LaPorte, to Clyde and Evelyn (Stickley) Cudney. Dec. 4, 1971 Shurla became the bride of Richard A. “Dick” Knepper in a ceremony at the Blissville Church. Together they have raised their four children.
Shurla has been a resident of Marshall County area the past 38 years, she has worked as a store clerk for the Miller’s Grocery in Plymouth. Shurla is a member of the Inwood United Methodist Church.
