â€¢Jesse Lynn Slabaugh, 23 of Nappanee was arrested by Marshall County Sheriff's Department at 4:40 p.m. on Sept. 13 for child molesting, sexual battery.
â€¢Justin Michael Horan, 33 of Fort Wayne was arrested by Marshall County Sheriff's Department at 5 p.m. on Sept. 10 for possession of a controlled substance, reckless possession of paraphernalia.
â€¢Joshua Charles Hanson, 31 of Plymouth was arrested by Plymouth Police at 5:35 p.m. on Sept. 10 for failure to appear.
â€¢Jared Brian Weiss, 20 of Rochester was arrested by Marshall County Sheriff's Department at 8:05 p.m. on Sept. 10 for failure to appear.

â€¢Lisa May McKinney, 36 of Warsaw was arrested by Marshall County Sheriff's Department at 1:45 p.m. on Sept. 4 for failure to appear.
â€¢Melissa Danielle Batey, 20 of Plymouth was arrested by Plymouth Police at 5:10 p.m. on Sept. 4 for failure to appear.

â€¢Frank Charles Solberg, 44 of Knox was arrested by Marshall County Sheriff's Department at 5 p.m. on Aug. 29 for failure to appear.
â€¢Roger Dale Young, 53 of LaPaz was arrested by the Indiana State Police at 5:35 on Aug. 29 for possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia.
The LaPaz Fire Department kicked off their weekend boot fundraising drive with a $100 donation Friday.
The fire department will be collecting money at the US 31 and US 6 intersection this weekend.
PLYMOUTH - The Marshall County Committee for Drug & Tobacco Free Indiana met Tuesday morning to catch up on recent happenings in Plymouth Public Libraryâ€™s Laramore B room.
During the meeting, committee members shared information about incidents occuring in their communities.
Law enforcement was given the opportunity to update the group on current drug issues. Chairperson Bridget Hite mentioned not much has changed, with the same substances being involved but appearing to be more prevalent.
PLYMOUTH â€” Itâ€™s time. Time for that Marshall County tradition 47 years in the making, the Blueberry Festival.
Here are the highlights for opening day:
The All Star Amusement carnival rides will open at noon until 10 p.m.
At 5 p.m. the Festival will open until 9 p.m. as well as the White Tiger Discovery and First Federal Savings Bankâ€™s Historic Americana.
The Little Miss & Mister Blueberry Contest will begin at 5:30 on the Michigan Street Stage promptly followed by Daphneâ€™s Dolls and their baton twirling.
PLYMOUTH - Late Tuesday, Marshall County Blueberry Festival officials and an avowed protestor may have reached an accord over the White Tiger Discovery, one of this yearâ€™s attractions at the annual Labor Day weekend festival.
A Plymouth native planned on attending the Blueberry Festival this year for a reason other than fun or family reunion.
