On Jan. 29, Detective Sgt. Leo Mangus with the Plymouth Police Department received information regarding possible sexual activity between a 15 year old male and a 29 year old female named Lisa Tincher.
The 15 year old male was located and provided details regarding the sexual activity.
Tincher was located on Tuesday and admitted to sexual activity with the 15 year old that had occurred in October 2012 in Plymouth.

When an Argos senior graduates, this is usually the completion of his or her senior project, but for me the journey continued.
The Culver park board's vote as to whether to allow a beer tasting event in the town park came down to an even 50-50 split, but the lack of a majority of favorable votes equaled a "no."
The decision came after lengthy -- and sometimes heated -- discussion between representatives of the proposed event, Evil Czech Brewery owner George Pesek and brewery manager Shawn Erikson, and the park board and audience.
