New tanning salon comes to town

September 17, 2012

PLYMOUTH — Think you need a tan? There’s a new way to get some rays.
Malibu Tanning opened Thursday in the Kroger shopping plaza in Plymouth.
Owner Scott Strefling said that this his ninth salon — the others are in South Bend, Osceola, Elkhart, Granger, and Goshen.
“We are trying to expand, and we thought this would be the perfect location for us,” said Strefling.
The salon is offering free tanning for their first three weeks of being open.
“There’s no strings attached,” said Strefling. “You can come in every day if you want to.”
