PLYMOUTH — If the best kind of learning is hands-on, Plymouth senior Allen Collins has learned quite a bit this year. PLYMOUTH — Laurie Johnson, of DLZ Engineering, presented Marshall County commissioners with two awards Monday for the work done on Pioneer Road. The first was a state finalist award from the American Council for Engineering Committee (ACEC), which Johnson explained is awarded annually. The second was an Indiana Partnership of Transportation Quality (IPTQ) award for rural road projects. The awards were given to DLZ Engineering, Rieth-Riley, and Marshall County.
