CULVER — A groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for Friday, April 8 at 2 p.m. at 701 S. Main St., Culver. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development awarded a grant in the amount of $1,445,600 to develop a 13-unit residence for the elderly under the Section 202 Supportive Housing Program. The new development will be known as Culver Garden Court and will be the twelfth Garden Court Community.
