PLYMOUTH â€” Officer Derek Workman with the Plymouth Police Department arrested 46-year-old Todd Wagoner at 5 p.m. Wednesday.
Officer Workman located Wagoner walking his dog on Pilgrim Lane. The officer stopped to speak with Wagoner and explained to him that his dog was going to be quarantined for 10 days due to a court order.

PLYMOUTH â€”Â Jean L. Langdon, 81, of Plymouth died Friday, Feb. 17, 2012 in Greencroft Healthcare facility, Goshen.
She is survived by three children, Rebecca (Robert) Keagy of Clarkston, Mich., Kathleen (Monte) Cook of Jimtown, and William (Mindy) Langdon of Plymouth; and six grandchildren.
Visitation will be Sunday, March 4 from 2 to 4 p.m. Services will follow immediately at 4 p.m.

PLYMOUTH â€”Â Mark Albright, 62, Plymouth, passed away Thursday, Feb. 23, 2012, at Memorial Hospital, South Bend.
Mark was the son of Marvin and Mary Jane (Hooker) Albright, born in Plymouth, Aug. 25, 1949. He had been a lifetime resident of Plymouth.
Mark graduated from Plymouth High School in the class of 1967. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force and was stationed in Germany. He was the owner of GW Hope, in Plymouth, and part-owner of the Argos Bar and Grill, in Argos.
Sen. Head to speak here Saturday
State Sen. Randy Head will hold a legislative update â€śtown hallâ€ť style meeting in Culver Saturday, March 3, at 9 a.m. in the meeting room on the lower level of the Culver Public Library. The meeting is open to the public, and Sen. Head will be discussing current legislation in the 2012 session and answering questions.
He will also present at the Argos Town Hall, following Culver, at 11 a.m.
Head represents Union, West, Green, Walnut and Tippecanoe townships, along with all of Fulton County.

ROCHESTER â€”Carol â€śJeanâ€ť Cooper, 82, Rochester, died at 6 a.m. Wednesday, Feb 29, 2012, at Life Care Center.
Carol is survived by a daughter, Tammy Cooper of Rochester, three sons,Â Virgil and wife Cynthia Cooper of Foley, Ala., Bob Copper of Tippecanoe, and Rick Cooper of Mentone; as well as seven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

BREMEN â€”Glennis Birkey Reidenbach, 89, wife of her beloved husband of 69 years, Philip Reidenbach, went peacefully to be with her Lord February 26, 2012.
Glennis was born March 20, 1922, in Fisher, Ill., the daughter of the late Gilgian Andrew â€śGipâ€ť and Verda Smeltzer Birkey. She married Philip Osborn Reidenbach on December 24, 1942.

BREMEN â€” Duane E. Baxter, 77, of Bremen, passed away at 6:08 a.m. February 28, 2012 following a courageous battle with lung cancer. He was born January 14, 1935 to George C. and Lela D. (Fagan) Baxter in Valley Center, Kan. On May 16, 1974 he married Shirley Taylor in Cromwell, Ind.
