BREMEN â€” Thelma Jean (Price) Young went home to be with the Lord Nov. 4, 2013. She was born Aug. 28, 1934 in Bremen to Edna (Graves) Price and Nathan Price. She was a lifetime area resident.
Thelma was a loving mother and grandma. She enjoyed working in her garden with her flowers, especially roses. You would always see Thelma out and about with her friends at the garage sales around the area. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

PLYMOUTH â€” The Plymouth wrestling team will hold an intrasquad scrimmage on Friday beginning at 6 p.m. in the PHS Multi-Purpose Gymnasium. Admission will be $2.
The carroty Rockies will open their season Saturday with an invitational at CMA beginning at 9 a.m. The JV Rockies wrestlers will open up at the Lowell High School Invitational on the same day beginning at 9:30 a.m.

Lincoln 8th tops Bremen
The eighth grade Red Storm basketball team traveled to Bremen to take on the Lions, emerging from the den as 46-32 winners. Â
The visitors led early by 10 points at 14-4, but Bremen clawed their way back for a 20-20 tie at intermission. After halftime, the Red Storm stiffened on defense to start the second half. A 12-4 run in the third quarter let put the game out of reach. Â
The Redstorm were led in scoring by Kadin Mccrammer and Dyllon Powell.Â
PLYMOUTH â€” Daphne's Dolls is hosting the Purdue University marching band solo twirlers and All-American twirling team for a twirling clinic. The clinic will be at Lincoln Jr. High from 1-3:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 24. Twirlers from around the area will be attending the clinic. The performance should happen around 3:30 p.m. so come early and watch the amazing twirling. If you have a twirler who would like to attend registration forms for the clinic are available at Merle Norman in Plymouth.
