Ancilla softball splits home opener
The Ancilla College softball team split a doubleheader with Kellogg Community College, winning the first game 9-4 and losing the second game 7-6.
The doubleheader was the Lady Chargers’ first games after returning home from their spring trip in Florida and their first games in the Michigan Community College Athletic Association Western Conference.
Courtney Clark picked up the win in game one pitching the complete game and allowing just two earned runs and striking out four.
