Culver Academies' student play, "Almost, Maine," will hit the stage of Eppley Auditorium this Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m.

"This is a comedy we found this past summer that is all about love in the wilderness of Northern Maine," explains director Richard Coven.

"It’s a very charming piece and has some wonderful poignant moments. It’s done in a series of vignettes, that all happen at 9 p.m. – at the time when the northern lights appear in the sky."

Anarchy rules in Plymouth win

February 2, 2013

PLYMOUTH — Anarchy and chaos are not always a bad thing.
A second half commitment by Plymouth to its “chaos defense” — every passing lane, every shot, every dribble challenged for the fullcourt — produced a tidal wave that Goshen could not recover from in a 59-34 Northern Lakes Conference win for the Pilgrims.
“I give our assistant coaches a lot of credit,” said Plymouth head coach Ryan Bales. “They made the recommendation that we press and get after it a little more, and our kids executed that game plan.”
