NAPPANEE — Mary E. Hall, 87, of Nappanee, died Thursday, Dec. 6, at 9 p.m. at Miller’s Merry Manor Nursing Home in Wakarusa after a brief illness.
Surviving are sons, Bob R. Hall of Nappanee, Ronald C. Hall of Melville, La.; three grandchildren; and brothers, John Pfeiffer of Nappanee, and Glenn Pfeiffer of Alexandria, La.

BOURBON — Yanette M. “Bear†Fisher, 62, of Bourbon passed away Thursday, Dec. 6, 2012 in her home of natural causes.
She was born the daughter of Harold H. and Arlene D. Davis Fisher Sept. 1, 1950 at Tokyo, Japan. She was a resident of the Bourbon area for the past several years. She had been a caregiver for many local residents and she was also a horse farrier. She was active in the Bourbon American Legion Auxiliary with many of her closest friends and had attended the Bourbon First United Methodist Church.

BREMEN — James Marshall, 83, of Bremen died Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012 at home.
He is survived by his wife, Connie; six children, Layne (Carol Ann) Marshall of Bremen, Layna Livinghouse of Plymouth, Lynn (Bonny) Marshall of Bremen, Linda (Steve) Rayl of Auburn, Loucinda Perrin of Cassopolis, Mich., and Laural Marshall of Michigan; 16 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; a sister, Janice Reese of Bremen; and a brother, Jerry Marshall of South Bend.
Christian Jay Snyder

PLYMOUTH — Christian Jay Snyder, 40, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012 at his residence following a long term illness.
The son of Jay and Darlene E. Christensen Snyder, Christian was born Aug. 5, 1972 in South Bend. He graduated from Plymouth High School in 1990 and then attended Ancilla College, where he received an associate degree in business.
On Sept. 27, 1997, Christian and Kris Whitesell were united in marriage in the First United Church of Christ, Plymouth.
