Rue21 plans February opening in Plymouth

December 14, 2012

PLYMOUTH — Clothing retailer Rue21 has announced a plan to open in the former Blockbuster store on Pilgrim Lane.
“Plymouth offers a great opportunity to further advance our brand in the Midwest region of the country,” said Rue21 senior real estate manager Brandon Clawson via email.
Clawson continued, “The (Pilgrim Place) center is positioned strongly within the market and houses a number of retailers. This provides us with great exposure. Our position along the highway is great to gain the customers who are traveling in and out of the area.”

Leaving a new mark

December 14, 2012

PLYMOUTH — One downtown shop owner is hoping to rise above a building’s bad reputation and bring a service to city residents.
Patrick Timm, owner of the recently opened All Good Things Tattoos in downtown Plymouth, said that he wants to offer “a safe place for people to get tattoos in Marshall County.”
All Good Things opened in September. Many citizens might remember another tattoo shop that operated at the same address several years ago, Madhouse Tattoos.

Lady Jays down Argos

December 14, 2012

ARGOS — The Argos Lady Dragons suffered through a poor shooting night at Phil Weybright Gymnasium as the North Judson Lady Jays beat them 47-41 Thursday.
After playing and shooting so well on Tuesday against Culver Girls Academy, Argos didn't quite have the same intensity level against North Judson and Coach Gary Teel felt that was a contributing factor.
