PLYMOUTH â Lucille O. (Mrs. Walter) Danielson, 96, a resident of River Park since 2007, passed away at her home Wednesday morning of natural causes.
Lucille was born Nov. 24, 1915 in Kouts, the sixth of 13 children born to Ferdinand J. and Flora A. (Montgomery) Redelman.

TYNER âÂ Leona M. Boswell, 88, of Tyner passed away at 5:23 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2012 at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Plymouth. She was born Dec. 24, 1923 in St. Joseph County to Elmer R. and Lucille (Lathrop) Haag. She married Farrell Oliver Boswell in 1946.

PLYMOUTH â William âBillâ Gene Stahl, 58, died Nov. 20, 2012 at 4:30 p.m. at his residence in Plymouth, following a two-month illness.

PLYMOUTH â This year, Kim Phuc saw the 40th anniversary of the simple black and white photo that made her famous.
Though no one knows her name, as Phuc says, âthey know âthe girl in the picture.ââ
An Associated Press photographer captured 9-year-old Phuc naked and running from burning blasts of napalm covering her South Vietnam village during the Vietnam War in 1972.
Jason Buzzard, 34 of Plymouth, was sentenced to eight years in federal prison and four years of supervised release in U.S. District Court this week after pleading guilty to charges of Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine.
The case was the result of an investigation by the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Indiana State Police and the Plymouth Police Department that began in late 2010.
On July 25, 2011, Indiana State Police, South Bend Police and Metro Special Operations raided a South Bend home at the request of the Chicago office of the Drug Enforcement Agency.
Lions open with win at Argos
Bremen grabbed a 13-7 lead at the end of the first quarter en route to an eventual 60-52 season-opening win on the road at Argos Wednesday night.
Ethan Pike scored a game-high 21 points, and Jacob Box finished with 13 points and two assists for the Lions, who got scoring from seven players in the win.

The indoor baseball and softball facility is equipped with two full-sized batting tunnels, automated pitching machines, turf surfaces, natural pitching mounds and a lounge area for players to relax. The upcoming membership period begins Dec. 1 and ends April 30, 2013 with hours of operation Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 4 to 6 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Sunday by appointment.
