Giving the state champ a ring

May 15, 2011

Indiana’s 2011 state wrestling champion Jeremiah Harvey, a senior at Culver Community High School and the first at the school to earn the distinction, was awarded his official state championship ring last week at the school. Harvey won the championship in February, part of a remarkably victorious season for community schools’ athletic programs. Presenting the ring is CCHS Athletic Director Andy Thomas, as fellow coaches (from left to right) Chad Hollenbaugh (assistant wrestling coach), Louis Posa, and Mike Buschman (head wrestling coach) look on.
