PLYMOUTH â€” When Dave Liverance leaves Ancilla College later this month, his legacy will be one that he can be proud of.
â€śI really have to say that itâ€™s the relationships Iâ€™ve been able to develop with my players, other coaches and the people here at the college that Iâ€™m most proud of,â€ť said Liverance of his time at Ancilla. â€śIt means a lot more than any other accomplishments that I could have had that Iâ€™ve been able to help these young people be successful in their life.â€ť

PLYMOUTH â€“ E. Lucille â€śLouâ€ť Warnacut, 85, of 7928 9B Road, Plymouth, passed away Tuesday at 10:40 p.m. of natural causes in the St. Joseph Regional Medical Center â€“ Plymouth. Lou was a lifetime Marshall County resident.
She was born in Argos, Indiana on July 23, 1925, the daughter of Eugene and Laberta (Gunkle) Meredith. She graduated from the Argos High School with the Class of 1943.
Lou became the bride of David I. Warnacut on March 8, 1945 in El Centro, Calif. while he was on leave serving in the Marine Corp.

NAPPANEE â€” Helen Virginia Buss, 95, of Nappanee, died at 4:22 p.m., Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at Elkhart General Hospital.
She is survived by a son, Roger (Mary) Buss, Walkerton, grandson, Robert R. Phillip (Renee) Buss, Kendallville, and great grandson, Aidan Buss, Kendallville.Â She was preceded in death by a sister, Dorothy Chase and brothers, Roy, Paul, and Milburn Roelke.
Visitation is from 2 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, Nappanee.
An Eastern Star Memorial Service will take place at 8 p.m.
Carol Suzanne "Sue" Shanafelt

MISHAWAKA â€” Carol Suzanne "Sue" Shanafelt, 65, residing in Mishawaka, passed away at 6 p.m. Monday, March 7, in the Emergency Room at St. Vincent Heart Center, Indianapolis.
She was born July 1, 1945 in South Bend, a daughter of Elmer L. and Ernestine M. (Stegmann) Shanafelt, and has lived in this area all of her life. She graduated from John Adams High School class of 1963.
BREMEN â€” The American Red Cross Marshall County Chapter will offer free compression-only CPR training classes from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 26 at the Bremen Senior Center, 103 N. Center St. The classes are open to all community members age 14 and over.
Each class is one hour. A Spanish interpreter will be available for one of the classes.
