PLYMOUTH — E. Faye Stone, 80, a former resident of Huntsville, Ala., who has lived in Plymouth with her daughter for the last two years, passed away at 7:13 a.m. Monday, Dec. 26, 2011, in the Hospice House at Roseland, following a sudden illness.
The daughter of Lem B. and Lillie M. (Peoples) Seymour, Faye was born March 4, 1931 in Huntsville, Ala.
Faye and Frank W. Stone, Jr. were married in Huntsville, Ala. in 1946. Frank preceded her in death in 1998.

PLYMOUTH — At the age of 96, Dorothy Newberg Reaker, of Plymouth, went to be with her precious Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, Dec. 23, 2011.
Dorothy was born to Prescott and Henrietta (Ramp) Piper March 12, 1915, in Wisconsin. She spent her childhood in the Chicago area, where she attended Lutheran schools. Her family relocated to Polk Township, where she attended Tyner School, graduating as class valedictorian.

KNOX — Ronda J. Wagner, 57, of Knox passed away Friday, December 23, 2011 at St. Vincent's Hospital in Indianapolis.
Born on June 3, 1954 in Richmond, she was the daughter of Owen and Nellie (Chamberlain) Ramsey. On October 13, 1990 she married Rick Wagner, he survives.
She was a Haggerstown High School graduate and was a 1988 Ivy Tech college graduate.
Ronda was a certified QMA. She was a member of Kewanna Church of Christ and she enjoyed reading, cooking and most of all spending time with her family.

Local bands series: Morlan rocks with Charles Dalton Band

PLYMOUTH — What do you get when you take a drummer named Adam Guy, add bassist Scott Hardy, throw in guitarist Jeff Shepherd and top it off with the powerful vocals of Chad Morlan?
You get The Charles Dalton Band, of course, and pure entertainment! Possibly, you were fortunate enough to catch this accomplished cover-band as it recently rocked Plymouth’s Club Omega on Saturday, December 10. The seasoned members of The Charles Dalton Band began performing as a group live in Plymouth and surrounding areas in 2009, but this certainly was not the beginning of their musical careers.

Free bowling today for high school students

Program to help with resolutions for 2012

PLYMOUTH — New Year’s resolutions — easily made, not so easily kept. Anyone who’s ever rung in the new year by promising to exercise regularly or finally get around to that diet will be interested in Fitness Forum’s new program “Set, Believe, and Achieve.”
At no added cost to members, Fitness Forum staff will consult with each individual and help them figure out how to realistically meet their goals.
“New year’s resolutions sometimes fall by the wayside,” said fitness manager Julie Rodriguez. “We want to know what those goals are and set a timeframe to them.”

Stone Creek celebrates holidays with news of bringing headquarters here

PLYMOUTH — Stone Creek Homes will be moving its corporate headquarters to Plymouth from Nebraska, according to David Ferguson, president and CEO.
Ferguson made the announcement at the Christmas party this month for all of employees and families from the Plymouth plant.
Ferguson said the quality and work ethic of the employees at the Plymouth location is prompting him to move the headquarters here.
Ferguson, who is originally from Plymouth, said, “This is an opportunity to pay forward.”
