PLYMOUTH — To hire or not to hire.
The Marshall County Commissioners continue to debate the replacement of employees in various departments of county government in an effort to meet what continue to be challenging times for the bottom line in the county budget.
PLYMOUTH — If response is a measure, the level of interest in the Plymouth Park Department is very high.
Superintendent Mike Hite is in the process of the department’s new five year plan and part of that plan involves a community survey about the park, its programs and suggestions for the department. Hite distributed the survey in city water bills, the department’s data base and online to all city of Plymouth taxpayers to get their input on the direction the park is heading.
LAKEVILLE — Both LaVille and Culver Military’s wrestling teams are young, but the Eagles are extremely talented.
CMA topped LaVille in 10 weight classes, including seven pinfall victories, for a dominant 52-22 win over the host Lancers in a dual wrestling meet Thursday at LaVille.
The visitors jumped off to an early lead with two pinfall wins and a major decision before the Lancers could get on the board.
